DALEX Systems was founded by owners Dale Cummings and Alex Haig, whose drive and determination has transformed DALEX into the successful, award winning contracting company that it is today.
The company was established in 2007, since then it has continued to grow. We currently operate two service divisions, Property and Safety Services with an ever growing number of office staff and a qualified, highly experienced all trade base, including gas engineers, electricians, builders and safety consultants.
Our approach to provide the complete ‘one stop shop’ for all Property Services to our clients has developed continuously and is constantly reviewed with the aim of surpassing all our client’s expectations.
Property Services
Gas Services
DALEX specialises in both the domestic and commercial heating market. We can provide landlords certificates, a highly recommended gas central heating service, repair and maintenance service, as well as boiler replacements and full gas central heating installation services.
Electrical Services
Specialising in both the domestic and commercial markets. Services that we currently provide our customer base consist all areas of electrical contracting including repairs & maintenance, rewires, storage heating, solar heating and inspection & testing.
Building Services
DALEX can provide an all trade property service consisting of all Building works from Brickwork, Plastering, Plumbing and Joinery to finishing’s such as wall tiling, decoration to floor finishing. We have achieved full accreditation with the main recognised bodies appertaining to all our areas of expertise.
Safety Services
As Safety Practitioners we undertake to provide a simple, but professional one-stop shop for all the Health and Safety needs of a company. We offer consultancy services aimed at providing information, documentation and training as necessary to assist businesses meet their statutory responsibilities, and removing all worries about keeping up to date with legislation.
Our Customer
As a company we feel we have the structure, capacity, experience and adequate resources to deliver a quality service to suit all our customer’s requirements.
The customer base for both our Property and Safety Service Divisions consists of the private customer to property developers and Local Authorities to National companies such as British Gas requesting an inspection, service, maintenance and repair or a new installation to their domestic and commercial properties. Plus we also have various contracts and partnerships with housing associations and local governments to service, repair and install all gas and electrical systems in the homes they look after or provide as landlords.
Our approach to projects has developed continuously and is constantly reviewed with the aim of surpassing our client’s expectations. DALEX Systems have achieved full accreditation with the main recognised bodies appertaining to our areas of expertise. This includes full membership of CORGI, Gas Safe, SELECT and Constructionline.
