Dale is a former Maintenance Manager and a fully qualified Facilities Asset Maintenance Manager and has had extensive experience in the construction sector, and in dealing with maintenance contracts for both social housing landlords and commercial clients.
As well as setting all company Policy, processes, procedures, Dale is responsible for the company’s business Strategy and Financial matters relevant to all contract works. He is directly responsible for the company directives within the business. Along with his co-director Dale sets the strategic growth and sustainability parameters for the company.
Name: Alex Haig Position: Director Qualifications: HNC
Alex is an experienced Heating Manager and fully qualified gas technician. Previously Alex was a Maintenance Manager from which he has gained extensive experience in dealing with social housing and commercial maintenance contracts over many years.
Alex is accredited in Business Management and Gas Safety and has a proven track record of providing a high standard of contract delivery. Alex is responsible for all the day-to-day operational activities and Quality Control of the Gas Division. Along with his co-director Alex is jointly responsible for setting policy and implementing the requirements for strategic growth.
Name: Jeanie Haig Position: Business Manager Qualifications: HND
Jeanie is responsible for managing and over-seeing all aspects of the company’s operations and administration system, resource planning, and financial matters relevant to the business. Jeanie has extensive experience in administration system design, IT project implementation, system management, project management and financial planning. She is responsible for the administration systems, and processing of all documentation, and the financial resource planning for numerous contracts.
